From Tallis Scholars at Oberlin, to a fashion destination in Amherst, to an outdoor festival smack in the middle of winter, we're obviously comfortable with our eclecticism and excellent climate. And what does it say that a humble Midwestern burg is happily serving up Mardi Gras at a local pub, bluegass in a Lakewood church, a reggae fest to benefit the Free Clinic, and a Brazilian Carnival with authentic Sambistas, all without losing it's own ethnic street cred.
