Mex Bonds to Close This Week - Need POL&CIS

If by chance you are working with the owner of 27500 or Full Suite, see below:

I have a RWA Buyer ready to do a Closing on 1843 Black Eagle Escalera (8,9,10 or 11 bonds) and/or 27500s this week.

A Full Compliance Package is NOT needed, only the following:

1) Proof of Life (POL): Picture of today's newspaper and the bonds together
2) Client Information Summary (CIS): Owner's contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email)

The reason that the Buyer can close this week is because there is another Seller with more than 1,000 other bonds has already passed Compliance and almost like a Bank Co-Signer, the other Seller's Approved Compliance status allows you to do a "Substitute Holder" Closing.

MOST IMPORTANT: 1843 Escalera and 27500

This RWA Buyer also will buy Napoleons, Christopher Columbus and 4 Headed Presidents bonds but the 1843 Black Eagle Escalera and 27500 are the most needed.

Take a look below and review this "Substitute Holder" arrangement allowing the Approved Seller (who ALSO has bonds closing in deal) to Represent the Escalero or 27500 in the BULK CLOSING.

SUMMARY OF PROCEDURES:

1) Owner Sends Proof of Life and CIS.
2) Compliance package is created for the Substitute Holder.

3) Signed form for Substitute Holder is returned.

4) Complete package is submitted to buyer.

5) Buyer will send invitation to substitute bondholder for closing.

6) Travel arrangements will be provided along with lodging for bond Owner to arrive at closing location day prior, for the Perito.

7) On day of closing bond owner will receive funds on account he provides or an account opened in his name at time of closing. Bonds transferred.

8) Concurrently a deposit for Consultant Fees to approved Mandate.

9) Approved Mandate will disburse funds to consultants and/or Paymaster.
